Attentive staff, cozy atmosphere, good location, and accommodating to special requests. We felt at home in this hotel. The team responded promptly to all our needs, including dietary restrictions and transportation arrangements in Spanish. The warm manager even went out of his way to help us personally. The rooms were spacious and equipped for work, with reliable Wi-Fi, a small table, and a chair. The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and the natural area, making it the perfect spot for exploring.
Everything was fantastic. We have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

I recently visited a cozy hotel conveniently located on the edge of town, close to both the plaza de armas and nature. the staff was amazing, attentive, and very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I appreciated the fast wifi and the fact that the room had a small table and chair where I was able to work.
That the hotel was located next to a busy road, and the noise from the cars made it difficult to fall asleep early. bringing earplugs could solve this problem, and it didn't take away from the overall enjoyable experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our romantic escape even more enjoyable. We appreciated their attention to detail, particularly when it came to addressing our dietary preferences. , the location on the edge of town offered us a perfect balance between modern amenities and nature, allowing us to explore the local scenery.
On a more negative note, the noise from the nearby road was quite disruptive, which made it difficult for us to sleep early. while the curtains were stylish, they didn't provide total darkness in the room.
